Recently I was thinking How many time would take for Square-Enix Rebuild the entirely Final Fantasy VII’s Midgar in 3D, High Resolution Textures and Extremely High Poly. Midgar is a very rich place in the universe of Final Fantasy Series, It’s not only big, but have a ton of details in everywhere you walk over that place.I think I won’t have the answer for this question but the answer for “How long would take to bring the entire Midgar to Minecraft” Well, via Kotaku, we got it and it is Two years.
The great Minecraft Builder Killerx20 (with HELP) has finally released this amazing re-creation of Final Fantasy VII’s Midgar, It’s huge. 1290×1290 blocks, Killerx20 says.
“As a lot are probably wondering,” Killerx20 writes, “yes, more than 85% of this build WAS indeed hand placed. The only things that were not are the outer plates, tower, and reactors BUT that doesn’t mean they were completed when imported, they were basically detail-less empty shells and I wanted it that way so everything on/inside them had to be hand placed for optimal detail.”.
You can download the map, which includes everything from FFVII’s Sector 7 to the SOLDIER office in Crisis Core, right here. And it is really Amazing.
